Laurie was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were a few things we learned right off the bat; her experience and knowledge are unmatched and she was going to make this whole process very easy for us – which she most certainly did! Being first-time home sellers, she was very careful to explain to us exactly what to expect, what adjustments to make to our home to ensure it would sell on our terms, and she answered every one of our (many) questions in a very timely manner. Our home sold within 36 hours. We could not be happier to have had such a highly respected and knowledgeable partner like Laurie LaDow by our side! We would recommend her anyone and everyone we know that’s thinking about selling or buying a house. They would be lucky to have her.

On a 10-point scale -- Laurie LaDow is an eleven. I have known Laurie personally for several years. I have also followed her sales record, because we knew we would eventually sell my mother-in-law's home. Laurie had the right combo for us and Cressy & Everett has a great reputation as well. Going in, we had a sense of the property value. The home is a villa/combo and there are plenty of comps. Our interest was getting the best price we could -- without being on the market very long, ideally less than 6 weeks. We went to contract about 48 hours after we put the house on the market -- and had competing bids. Laurie did a marvelous job negotiating and we made substantially more than we expected, in less time than we expected. You CANNOT beat that! Everything about our sale was perfect. I was particularly impressed with Laurie's research, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiating skills. Just as important was how well Laurie worked with our family and how well she communicated with my mother-in-law as we prepared the home for sale. We are very happy customers. Our entire family will use Laurie for all of our real estate transactions and we will enthusiastically recommend her to everyone!

I was very pleased with all the hard work Laurie LaDow did for the sale of my house. (I didn't have a chance to work directly with Sarah Dalton). The sale of a historic house like mine is a difficult enterprise and needs a lot of understanding and patience. Laurie has these and many other positive characteristics.

Sarah was very considerate of our goals and objectives in selling our home. She always returned phone calls or emails or texts. when we had questions or concerns.

Laurie came prepared at our first meeting and clearly understood the market and our needs. Even though I live out of state, I felt like she kept me in the loop through the entire sales process. Sarah was very professional and very helpful. It took 2 years to close on this property because of septic issues an Sarah was very patient through the whole long process. We were all frustrated at the length of time it took but Sarah helped to try and move the process along as quickly as possible.

Laura was wonderful to way with. Without her support during a very stressful time I don't think my house would have sold so quick. I now consider her not only my agent but a friry. Thanks Laura
